Do you work on business strategy?
No. We work on you. Our focus is strengthening the inner foundations from which you think, decide, and lead. When that shifts, strategy often becomes clearer and more aligned.
When the leader changes, the business follows.
What is the typical length of engagement?
A standard engagement is 12 months. This allows for meaningful recalibration and integration rather than surface-level change. A 3-month intensive option is also available for those wanting to experience the work over a shorter horizon.
This is not transactional coaching. It is deep inner work. That requires time.
How are sessions delivered?
Sessions are held primarily online. Where appropriate, face-to-face sessions can be arranged. Jaineel regularly works between the UK, US, and Dubai. The format is tailored to the client and the nature of the engagement.
What methodologies do you use?
The work integrates spiritual psychology, neuroscience, human performance science, leadership psychology, and solution-focused executive coaching. Jaineel is currently pursuing ICF accreditation but does not operate within rigid frameworks.
This is outcome-driven advisory, not method-driven coaching.
What makes your coaching different?
Most executive coaching stays at the level of strategy and logic. This work focuses on how you are operating at a deeper level the state, identity, and patterns shaping your leadership.
