Trained as a pharmacist and scientist, with over a decade of leadership experience in management consulting, he has spent the past seven years guiding senior executives, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams through moments of pressure, transition, and inner realignment.
His approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human, shaped by lived experience rather than theory alone.
